Learning styles


Learning styles are very important because every person learns better in a way that suits them for example a person that is very good at doing something after being told is a verbal learning. A person that looks at a diagram a then create apiece of work with it is a visual learner.

Active -
An Active learner understands information best by doing something active with it--discussing or explaining it to others.
Reflective -
Reflective learners, who prefer working alone,
Global -
Global learners learn in large jumps, absorbing material almost randomly without seeing connections, and then suddenly 'getting it.

Sequential -
Sequential learners tend to follow logical stepwise paths in finding solutions
 

Verbal -
Verbal learners get more out of words--written and spoken explanations."

Visual -
Visual learners remember best what they see pictures, diagrams, flow charts, time lines, films, and demonstrations.

Infinitive -
Verbal learners get more out of words--written and spoken explanations."

Sensing –
Sensors tend to be patient with details and good at memorizing facts and doing hands-on (labor) work.  Sensors tend to be more practical.

Learning styles -
Learning styles is very important because people would learn differently for example a visual learning is someone that learns more by looking at diagrams, flow charts and even watching films. I am a verbal learning do that means that would learn more by someone talking to me. Everyone learns more when information is presented both visually and verbally. I think this is a very good website because this would help people a lot and even with there personal development plan.
